Premium class residential building, Kyiv An elite club residential house in Kyiv downtown is expected to be erected in Pyrogova street. The building includes offices and an underground parking lot.

Hotel complex at Esplanadnaya Street, Kyiv 3*  hotel in the center of Kyiv designed in the modern urbanistic style with the building area of 1 584 m². On the 25 floors on the complex there will be about 320 rooms, a restaurant, a gym, a beauty salon, shops and a conference hall. The total area of the complex is about 18 000 sq.m. The Hotel is comfortably situated in the downtown near the main traffic junctions and underground stations.

RADISSON Crimea Riviera Hotel Complex, Alushta The hotel complex with the total area of 23 thousand square meters will include 141 hotel rooms, a SPA-center, a restaurant, a lobby-bar, a ball room and a business center. The construction is being conducted in difficult seismic and geological conditions.
