In June 2012 an agreement with the South Korean concern Sigma Elevators (LG) was reached. It is related to the supply of technological, comfortable and safe Sigma elevators to be installed in the house.

The contract for supply and assembly of windows with the company “Queen Swig” has been signed.

The construction of the premium class clubhouse “Graf Fundukleev” is in progress.

In may 2012 monolithic and wireframe works were executed on the first front door of the 6th floor and on the second front door of the 9th floor.
