Construction of a three-level shopping center has started in June 2012. Planned for completion in late 2014. 

Rose Park is designed as an eco-efficient buildings and is the first object of a "green" building, certified by the BREEAM "Very Good" Green Certification, including waste management through the SWMP (smartwaste.org). 

The shopping gallery will include more than 120 shops, a large entertainment area: 9-hall multiplex cinema, children's play centers, rollerdrom, ice rink, restaurants.
