In December 2013 GERC started  a new project in Simferopol. 
The project includes work on the monolithic frame instalation of building for industrial purposes in Centrum shopping center on the Sevastopol street.

Already underway foundation instalation of a null cycle.

Completion of all works is planned for December 2014.

In September, the project has successfully developed. All planed works were completed.

October: Construction of the second stage of the TRC "Centrum". With good weather and coordinated efforts of GERC team the appropriate rate of the construction maintained: 675 m3 of monolithic concrete structures were completed; 71 m3 of aerocrete walls were installed.
