Professional experience and achievements
Tatiana has been working in HR since 2002. From 2005 to 2007 she was HR director of a production-and-trade company – “GRAND” upholstered furniture (www.grand-ua.com). During Tatiana’s work at that company she managed to organize and structure HR department’s work.
Since 2007 Tatiana has been working for GERC Group. During those three years Tatiana created an attractive and effective system aimed at keeping talented personnel. Implementation of all methodological basics of  HR management is also Tatiana’s achievement. Today she is focusing on business: leader objectives of GERC expansion in international market, controlling at the same time all existing HR management processes.

Education
In 1986 Tatiana graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute, specialization – “Automated control systems”. Her second higher education she gained at Donetsk State Academy of Management, specialization – “manager of organizations”.
Tatiana’s professional education in HR comes from HRM School at Kyiv-Mogyla Business School, where in 2008 she passed 10-module course.

Personal hobbies
In her spare time Tatiana practices sports (former professional sportswoman, sub master sportswoman in athletics), she likes leisure sports with family members and friends.
