“GERC” Company starts working on a new interesting project – CLC “Magelan”

Commercial and Leisure center “Magelan”, situated in Kharkov in Malaya Danilovka village will include offices, a hypermarket, a boutique gallery. The center will provide open air and covered parkings.

The construction of the center has been started a few years ago but later “frozen” in the crisis year of  2008, having built only the structure and the roof that became quite damaged during these three years. Thanks to its reputation of an experienced General Contractor that can build successfully and fast big commercial centers in difficult technical and natural conditions, GERC Company was chosen to carry out the 1st  construction stage.
