In June 2012 the “CPMC “GERC” LLC began the general construction works of the object “Donetsk-Citypark” as the general contractor. The Client is the “Real Estate F.C.A.U.” LLC.
2 land plots have already been fenced for the construction works, the necessary informational signs have been installed (traffic signs, occupational health and safety signs, informational board). The first stage development of domestic premises has been accomplished including the provision of equipment, furniture, household appliances, interconnections and the Internet.
Besides that, the water supply system has been inserted into the existing network in order to plumb it in according to a new scheme and dismantle the water supply system under the building footprint.
The works being executed at the moment are the following: re-location of communications beyond the building footprint, road surfacing. After that, the existing road will be dismantled, the fence – re-located and the excavation works – finished.
We are also planning to start casting the back wall and piling the foundation, as well as installing the utility infrastructure networks and the fire protection water tanks within the next several months.
